2023 - The language of the heart!

I started the year with the intention of slowing down. I could not see then what good might come out of this .

It was a year of movement. I travelled for miles & miles, revisiting many places throughout Europe. Some of these places I hadn't seen in 25 years, yet they felt familiar, but from a different era… Still, my travels weren't as overwhelming as one might imagine...

Somebody once said: ‘Less is more.’ 

How true!!!

Up until this year, I thought that this expression referred to less tones, less lines, less textures, less nuances. I thought I knew the meaning of this saying. 

Still, what 2023 taught me, is even more surprising: I learned to detach from the sound of outside distractions, from the sound of my mind and I to immerse in the voice of my heart.

I became in sync with words coming from my heart, rather than from my mind.

This is the language spoken by the heart. 

It is a language of words, not phrases. There are no verbs. There is no action or tension. The words simply are! The power lies in each word. The mission, the life, the color: they all shine through each word.

The heart knows nothing. The heart feels everything, therefore the words flow…
