Un-Biased observations are the Best! For example, ask:

What is the hardest part about the problem?

When was the last time you encountered the problem?

Why was that hard?

What did you do to try solve the problem?

What didn’t you love about the solutions you’ve tried?

Your Task

Ask, Ask, Ask. Observe. Observe. Be curious about the problem.
